1. The service and this agreement

Smooth Bundle is an asset publishing and delivery platform. It lets you upload, optimize, manage, version and deliver files through dashboards, APIs, CLI tools and supported integrations. Features and limits depend on your plan and the relevant documentation. It is not a substitute for keeping your own source files and backups.

These Terms govern accounts and use of the service. The plan, billing period, price and information shown when you order also form part of your paid contract. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you represent. Mandatory consumer rights prevail, including protections that Polish law extends to eligible sole traders buying outside the professional nature of their business.

2. Accounts and electronic services

Provide accurate information and protect your password, email account, API tokens and integration credentials. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. You are responsible for activity you authorize; these Terms do not make you automatically liable for every unauthorized act.

Using the dashboard requires an internet connection and a supported, up-to-date browser with JavaScript and necessary cookies enabled. API, CLI and integration requirements are described in their documentation. Your network or provider may charge for connectivity. Creating a free account does not authorize a payment or enroll you in a paid subscription.

3. Plans, payment and renewal

Free and paid plans have limits, including storage, bandwidth, requests, files, variants and usage-history availability. Check the current Pricing page and your order before purchasing. The Checkout summary shows the billing currency, billing interval, taxes and total payable. Currency-conversion fees charged by your bank are separate.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance for the interval selected at Checkout, unless the offer expressly states otherwise. By confirming the payment order you authorize the disclosed recurring charges until cancellation. Stripe processes payment; Mirosław Gubała BeedVision supplies the service. A free account does not itself create a subscription.

Usage allowances apply to the relevant plan period. Free usage periods start on the first CDN request and renew monthly when there is activity. Monthly paid allowances follow the subscription billing cycle. Yearly subscriptions provide the yearly allowance for that billing period. Unused allowances do not roll over unless your offer says otherwise.

You can manage an eligible subscription through the billing portal linked from your account, or contact support for help. Check the effective cancellation or plan-change date displayed there. Cancellation of renewal and statutory withdrawal are different rights. A plan change may involve a price adjustment disclosed before confirmation; these Terms do not authorize undisclosed extra charges.

We do not change the price or remove purchased entitlements retroactively. Material changes affecting future renewal will be communicated before taking effect, with any cancellation or other rights required by law. If payment fails or a limit is exceeded, the service may be limited; contact support to resolve an incorrect restriction.

4. Withdrawal, refunds and complaints

If you are entitled to consumer withdrawal rights, you may withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days after its conclusion without giving a reason. Additional or longer mandatory rights remain available. Starting access, activating a plan or uploading a file does not by itself remove this right.

If you expressly request the service to begin before the withdrawal period ends and later withdraw, a proportionate charge is due only for service actually supplied and only where the legal requirements have been met. We will explain the calculation. We will not rely on a preselected control or general acceptance of these Terms as an express early-start request. Loss of the right following full performance is subject to the separate conditions imposed by applicable law; subscription activation is not full performance of a subscription period.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to [email protected] or the postal address above before the deadline. No special form is required. You can use: “I withdraw from my Smooth Bundle service contract ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Order reference, if available: [reference]. Date: [date].” Include a signature only if submitting on paper. Keep evidence of sending your notice.

For a valid withdrawal, we refund the amount due within 14 days after receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Paid access and allowances covered by the refund will end. Statutory remedies for non-delivery, duplicate charges or defective services are not limited to the withdrawal period.

For a complaint, contact support with the account or order reference, a description of the issue and the remedy you request. Do not send card numbers or passwords. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt, without limiting any shorter mandatory deadline. Depending on the circumstances, legal remedies may include bringing the service into conformity, a price reduction, termination or a refund. These Terms do not exclude those remedies or require a waiver of chargeback rights.

5. Acceptable use and reports

Do not distribute unlawful content or malware, infringe intellectual property or privacy, bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with the service, or access systems without permission. Submit only material you are authorized to host, process and publish. Do not put passwords, API secrets or private personal records into public assets or reports.

To report suspected illegal content, email support with the exact asset URL, an explanation of the issue and supporting information. Include contact details so we can ask for clarification. We assess reports and may restrict access as required by law or to address a substantiated risk. Where lawful and practicable, we explain restrictions to affected customers and provide a way to request review.

6. Your files, access and personal data

You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, reproduce, optimize, transmit and display it to provide the requested service. Public delivery links can be accessed and copied by others. Protected access depends on the settings and credentials used; it does not stop an authorized recipient from copying a file.

You are responsible for choosing suitable access settings and having the rights and legal basis for the material you provide. If we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, an applicable data-processing agreement is required. The Privacy Policy describes our own processing and is not a substitute for that agreement. Contact support to arrange the required terms before uploading third-party personal data in that capacity.

Optimization, versions, cached copies and external integrations can create additional representations of a file. Deleting a visible reference does not imply that copies already downloaded by others disappear. Keep source files and check the documented effects before destructive operations.

7. Availability and security

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, network failures and provider incidents can interrupt access. Unless separately agreed, these Terms do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific recovery time or an independent security certification. This does not exclude statutory quality requirements or our responsibility for failing to supply the agreed service.

Protect tokens and rotate exposed credentials. Report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected] with minimal reproduction steps. Do not access other users’ data, conduct denial-of-service tests or test third-party infrastructure without permission.

8. Restrictions, cancellation and data export

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents, non-payment or legal obligations. Urgent action may be immediate. Where lawful and practicable, we explain the reason and let you respond. You may request account closure or review by contacting support.

After a paid subscription ends, the account may return to the Free plan and its limits. Data exceeding those limits may be eligible for cleanup after the applicable grace period communicated for the downgrade. Download or migrate needed files before losing access; contact support if you cannot export them. Temporary access above a limit is not an entitlement to indefinite storage.

Closure does not erase records required for tax duties, payments, disputes or other lawful purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains retention and rights requests. Cancellation or an account restriction does not automatically extinguish an accrued refund right. We do not reserve a blanket right to confiscate prepaid entitlements.

9. Platform intellectual property

Platform software, branding and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Use them only as permitted by these Terms, applicable law and any separately stated software licence. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us or restrict rights granted by an open-source licence.

10. Responsibility

Each party is responsible as provided by applicable law. We do not exclude mandatory liability, including for intentional misconduct or any consumer rights that cannot be waived. A recommendation to keep backups does not by itself release us from responsibility for a service defect. Independent integrations and providers may also have their own terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. We identify the version date and give advance notice of material changes affecting an ongoing contract where required. We do not treat silence as consent where express agreement is legally required. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights arising under a paid order. Any mandatory right to reject a change or end the contract remains available.

12. Governing law and disputes

Polish law governs these Terms. Consumers retain mandatory protections under the law that would otherwise apply in their country of habitual residence. No exclusive Polish-court clause restricts a consumer’s entitlement to use another competent court.

You may contact support to try to resolve a dispute, but this is not a condition of using statutory remedies. Consumers may seek assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, the competent consumer authority or an available out-of-court dispute body. Participation in a particular alternative procedure depends on its rules and any legally required or separately given agreement.
