Terms of Use
Effective August 28, 2026 · Version terms-2026-08-28-1
These Terms govern access to uizze.com and Uizze's design-reference service, accounts, paid access, downloadable materials, MCP, and OAuth tools. In these Terms, "Uizze," "we," and "us" mean the Italy-based operator of the Uizze service. "You" means the person using the Service and, for a Business User, the organization that person represents.
Please read these Terms before using the Service. Mandatory consumer law applies even when these Terms say otherwise. The Privacy Policy is a notice about personal data. It does not form part of these Terms and is not consent to optional tracking.
1. Contract and definitions
"Service" means Uizze's website and product features. "Reference Content" means screenshots, product names, trademarks, metadata, and research references displayed in the library. "Licensed Materials" means downloadable fonts, icons, code, or other assets supplied under a material-specific licence. "User Content" means text, screenshots, collection information, support messages, and other inputs you submit. "Paid Access" means a monthly or lifetime entitlement. "Business User" means a person using the Service for an organization or for trade, business, craft, or professional purposes.
These Terms become binding when you create an account, purchase Paid Access, connect an authorized client, or otherwise accept them. Public browsing remains subject to the ownership, acceptable-use, disclaimer, and liability provisions that can apply without an account. A Business User confirms that they have authority to bind the organization they name or represent.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 to create an account. A free user aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must be at least 18 to purchase Paid Access or enter any other paid transaction. You may not use the Service if applicable law bars you from doing so.
3. Accounts, credentials, and connected clients
Give us accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your login, agent token, OAuth authorization, recovery method, and connected clients, and for activity performed under those credentials. Tell us promptly at support@uizze.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Access is personal to one user unless an order expressly says otherwise. You may not pool accounts, share or publish tokens, resell access, transfer an account, or let another person evade plan, usage, or rate limits through your account. You must review connected OAuth clients and revoke access that is no longer needed.
4. Licence to use Uizze
While your account is active and you comply with these Terms, Uizze grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for product research and permitted implementation work. This licence does not transfer ownership. Uizze reserves all rights in its software, selection, taxonomy, curation, metadata, branding, documentation, and original content that are not expressly granted here.
5. Reference Content and Licensed Materials
Reference Content is supplied for research and comparison. Third-party screenshots, interfaces, trademarks, logos, copy, and product assets remain owned by their respective rights holders. Viewing a reference on Uizze does not grant you permission to copy a product, brand, interface, or protected asset. You are responsible for deciding whether your implementation is lawful.
Licensed Materials are separate from Reference Content. The licence shown for a specific material, together with any signed receipt Uizze issues, controls your right to use that material. It may set project, attribution, redistribution, seat, or other limits. A material-specific licence prevails over these Terms for that material. You may not remove rights notices or use a material outside its stated scope.
6. User Content
You keep your rights in User Content. You give Uizze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, and process it only as needed to provide the feature you request, secure and support the Service, and comply with law. This licence ends when the relevant content is deleted, subject to lawful retention, technical deletion delays, and backups.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card data, health data, other regulated or highly sensitive data, unlawful content, or personal information that is not needed for the feature. You are responsible for removing confidential information from anything you submit.
7. MCP, OAuth, and automation
An MCP or OAuth client acts under the permission you give it. Its requests count as your activity until its authorization expires or is revoked. Official Uizze MCP automation is permitted within the documented tools, scopes, quotas, and rate limits. Third-party clients have their own terms and may handle data outside Uizze.
MCP results, reference suggestions, and material output are informational and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your project. Review every output before relying on or publishing it. Do not use an output as the sole basis for a legal, employment, credit, health, safety, or other high-impact decision.
8. Acceptable use
You may not, and may not help another person to:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download, harvest, or systematically extract the Service or its contents;
- create a screenshot dataset, training corpus, competing reference database, or model-training dataset from Uizze;
- resell, sublicense, mirror, republish, or commercially redistribute access, results, Reference Content, or Licensed Materials except as their specific licence permits;
- reverse engineer, decompile, discover source code, or bypass technical controls, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits;
- probe, scan, or test security without Uizze's written permission, introduce malware, disrupt availability, or generate abusive traffic;
- impersonate another person, infringe rights, submit unlawful material, or use the Service for fraud or abuse;
- circumvent billing, authentication, entitlement, plan, quota, geographic, or rate-limit controls; or
- use automated access other than an official Uizze integration operating within its documented limits.
9. Paid Access, billing, and cancellation
Polar is the reseller and Merchant of Record for payment transactions. Polar's checkout displays the product, price, currency, billing period, applicable tax, and transaction terms before purchase. Polar processes payment, issues the invoice or receipt, and handles transaction records under its own terms and privacy notice. Uizze supplies and manages Service access. Uizze does not store your full payment-card details.
A monthly plan renews automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. You can cancel through the customer portal before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active through the paid period. A failed payment may prevent renewal or pause Paid Access. Uizze may correct an entitlement affected by error, fraud, refund, reversal, or chargeback. We will restore access if the correction was mistaken and payment remains valid.
10. Refunds and consumer rights
Uizze does not offer voluntary refunds for purchases made after this version takes effect. Sales are final except where applicable law, Polar's terms, or card-network rules require a refund or other remedy. A purchase made under an earlier refund promise remains subject to the terms presented when that purchase was made. Contact support@uizze.com for a legally required refund or billing correction. Polar may process or issue a refund as Merchant of Record.
This section does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, refund, repair, price reduction, conformity, or termination. Consumers in the European Union and elsewhere keep all mandatory protections that apply to digital services and content. Any request to begin performance during a withdrawal period, and any resulting effect on a statutory withdrawal right, must be handled through a legally valid checkout process. These Terms do not create that consent or acknowledgment.
11. Lifetime access
"Lifetime" means access to the Uizze core service covered by your purchase for as long as Uizze continues to operate that core service. It does not mean your lifetime, another person's lifetime, or a promise that the Service will exist forever. Lifetime access is personal, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms.
Uizze may sell a separate future product or service that was not included in the original lifetime offer. We will not use later Terms to retroactively narrow the core benefits expressly promised to an existing lifetime purchaser. The offer, order confirmation, and material in effect at purchase determine those promised benefits, subject to safety, law, third-party rights, and changes needed to keep the Service viable.
12. Availability and Service changes
Uizze may perform maintenance, fix defects, evolve features, change technical limits, and remove content that is unsafe, unlawful, outdated, unavailable, or no longer licensed. Individual references and third-party products may disappear. Uizze does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
For a material reduction to Paid Access, we will give reasonable advance notice where practical and provide any remedy required by law. Ordinary product evolution does not permit Uizze to erase benefits already promised to lifetime purchasers.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Uizze at any time and may request account deletion. Uizze may immediately restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to address fraud, a payment dispute, a security threat, unlawful conduct, danger to another person, or a serious breach. For other remediable breaches, we will normally give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where practical.
We may terminate access if the problem is not cured, the breach cannot be cured, or continued access would create material risk. If Uizze ends valid Paid Access for reasons not caused by your breach, you keep any refund, conformity, or other remedy required by mandatory law. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and business indemnity, survive.
14. Intellectual-property complaints
If you believe material on Uizze infringes your rights, use our intellectual-property complaints process. Include enough detail to identify the protected work, the disputed material, your authority, and how we can contact you. Uizze may remove or restrict material while it reviews a complaint. This section does not claim a statutory safe harbor or a registered designated agent.
15. Third-party services
Uizze may link to or interoperate with third-party products, authentication providers, payment services, and client software. Uizze does not control their availability, security, content, or independent handling of data. Your use of them is governed by their terms. This does not limit Uizze's responsibility for providers acting on Uizze's behalf where applicable law makes Uizze responsible.
16. Warranties
Consumers. Uizze will provide the Service with the conformity, care, and remedies required by applicable consumer law. No disclaimer in these Terms removes a mandatory guarantee or remedy.
Business Users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service, Reference Content, Licensed Materials, and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." Uizze disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Uizze does not warrant that a reference or other output is complete, current, original, or safe to copy.
17. Liability
Consumers. Uizze does not exclude or limit liability where doing so is unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of a mandatory consumer right. Subject to those rules, Uizze is responsible for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by its breach, but not loss caused by your misuse, an event outside reasonable control, or a risk you could reasonably have avoided.
Business Users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uizze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, or data. Uizze's aggregate direct liability arising from the Service or these Terms is capped at the greater of €100 or the fees paid for Uizze access during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. The cap does not apply to liability that applicable law does not permit Uizze to limit, including fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
18. Business indemnity
This section applies only to Business Users. The Business User will defend and indemnify Uizze against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable external costs caused by its unlawful User Content, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of credentials, or material breach of these Terms. Uizze must give prompt notice, allow the Business User to control the defense and settlement, and provide reasonable cooperation. The Business User may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes an obligation on Uizze without Uizze's written consent. This section does not apply to the extent Uizze caused the claim.
19. Governing law and disputes
Italian law governs these Terms, without excluding mandatory law that applies in your country. A consumer may bring a claim in any court available under mandatory consumer law, including the courts of the consumer's home country when applicable. Business Users agree that the courts for the Italian place where Uizze's operator is established have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
Before filing a claim, contact legal@uizze.com so the parties can try to resolve it. This request does not shorten a limitation period or prevent urgent relief.
20. Changes and notices
Uizze may change these Terms prospectively. For a material change, we will give reasonable advance notice through the Service, by email, or both. The notice will state when the change takes effect. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. If a change materially harms an ongoing consumer contract, you keep any right to reject, cancel, or obtain a remedy under applicable law. Prior versions will be archived.
Operational notices may be sent to your account email or displayed in the Service. Formal legal notices to Uizze must be sent to legal@uizze.com. Email is not valid service of court documents unless Uizze agrees or applicable procedure permits it.
21. General terms
You may not assign these Terms or transfer an entitlement without Uizze's written consent. Uizze may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the Service if the assignment does not reduce mandatory consumer rights. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, but this does not excuse payment already due or a duty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as much as needed and the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These Terms, the purchase terms shown at checkout, and any material-specific licence are the entire agreement about their subject matter. Mandatory law controls first. A material-specific licence controls use of that material; Polar's transaction terms control its sale and payment services; these Terms control access to and use of Uizze. Headings are for convenience only.
