Italian property and auctions
Territorio.io turns Italy's public property records into plain answers.
Give a municipality with sheet and parcel number, or an address, and get the cadastral parcel with its area — then what the municipal plan says about that exact spot: what may be built, which constraints apply, ground suitability, seismic risk, with links to the official planning documents. For court auctions, search lots by court or municipality and open a sale: starting price, minimum bid, bidding deadline, and who to contact for a viewing.
Coverage: cadastral parcels and auctions cover all of Italy. Town planning is a regional dataset and currently covers Lombardy only — elsewhere the tools say so instead of returning nothing.
It does not report owners, mortgages or cadastral income, and does not download court appraisals: those require paid official searches. Every answer cites its source — Agenzia delle Entrate, Regione Lombardia, the Ministry of Justice public sales portal, OpenStreetMap.
